1 tbsp Aleppo pepper
1 tbsp White pepper
1 tbsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Smoked parika
2 tbsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Garlic powder
4 tbsp Sucanat
¹⁄₂ cup Paprika
¹⁄₂ cup Brown sugar
²⁄₃ cup Flaked Kosher salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Rub liberally over whatever cut of meat you choose and grill as needed.
