The folks at Black Sheep Creamery have been making finely hand-crafted fresh and aged cheeses since 2005. Their farm in Adna, Washington, is home to about 100 ewes that are pasture-fed as much as the weather permits and supplemented with grain in the milking parlor.

Cascadia Creamery is another family run creamery located in the foothills of Mt. Adams, in Trout Lake, Washington. The mineral-rich glacial streams, volcanic soil, and ancient lava tube caves provide the perfect conditions to craft their aged raw, certified organic cheeses. In addition to hard work, the ancient cave air helps create delicious artisan cheeses with the distinctive flavors of Cascadia.
